Job Description

  • Increase the B2B2C sales and revenue according the given target .
  • Increase the B2B2C accounts penetration and manage the leads .
  • 60% of time expected to be meeting clients and accounts choosers .
  • Manages Sr. Sales and indirect sales channels that will sell Vodafone products and services to B2B2C customers.
  • Plan on daily bases the Sr.Sales and partners sales activities toward the company targets .
  • Insure the sales quality, training and develop the sales skills.
  • Managing relations between Vodafone, indirect sales partners and business entities including planning and sales.
  • Makes sure that indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s)
  • Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned departments inside Vodafone.
  • Engage and meet with the business accounts to open roadshows to the team .
  • Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
  • Establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams.
  • Run telesales activates ,SMS campaigns on the current B2B2C customer base .
  • Insure the B2B2C channel is equipped with the right digital tools .
  • Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the B2B2C channel manager .
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is aligned to the Company’s values through all our indirect channels.
  • Build healthy relationships and trust with the accounts’ points of contacts.
  • Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Update the B2B2C channel manager regularly regarding progress against targets and meet the provided deadlines .
  • Develop internal relationships that enable the delivery of the sales strategy .
  • Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to Vodafone’s sales and marketing management.
  • Collaborate with wider public and large sector account managers to ensure alignment of the sales activity across the Business segment.
