Job Description

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers and provide them with information about the company and its products to increase sales volumes.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Notify customers of the company's fixed and changing sales policies.
  • Building the company's customer database and updating it continuously.
  • Solve customer problems and escalating (if necessary) them to his direct manager to work on solving these problems.
  • Achieving sales & collection goals and product distribution goals and making orders with customers.
  • Advance planning for customer visits.
  • Implementing sales visits to clients according to itineraries.
  • Visiting potential clients in the designated area as planned daily and working to open engagement with new clients.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Regulating the rate of sales visits to customers according to the classification of each customer.
  • Delivery of products to customers using own car.
  • Collecting the value of sales from customers and supplying them to the company’s treasury.
  • Send periodic reports, whether weekly or monthly to his direct manager.
  • Working to develop sales skills on an ongoing basis.
  • Attending regular meetings of the Sales Department

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have a car
