Job Description
- Work closely with management and employees to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Advertise roles on Linkedin, Bayt, and other recruitment channels.
- Evaluate internal and external referral CV s and initiate pre-screens with candidates.
- Screen candidates in order to provide qualified to shortlist to concerned, ensuring the applicant meets position requirements.
- The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in similar expertise.
- Should have the ability to group candidates based on the terms provided.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Basic communication in Arabic
