Proactively pursue and qualify sales leads via phone, email, and social media.
Effectively communicate with closing Sales team and schedule calls, webinars, and appointments with qualified leads for them.
Conduct a needs assessment, determine client requirements and expectations in order to pass qualified sales opportunities onto the Enterprise Sales team.
Managing and documenting activities, leads, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce.
Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
Make 75+ outbound phone calls each day.
Gain business knowledge through effective research.
Job Requirements
Fluency in German is A Must
Previous experience in lead generation and prospecting in a software company.
Persuasive and confident communication experience.
High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
