Job Description
- Provide the leadership, guidance and carryout design of Building Mechanical Services (HVAC, Public Health, LPG and Fire Fighting services), concept, schematic and detail design
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, sub consultants and any other external design consultants
- Coordinate with, instruct, and supervise Senior, Mid and Engineers together with BIM Modelers
- Carry out arithmetical checks and independent design checks of other Engineers’ design.
- Interface with our GID Design Center and ensure the design deliverables are within the agreed time and budget set.
- To instruct and manage Senior Engineers and Engineers in all project related matters
- To understand and implement QA procedures and advise engineers and BIM modellers.
- Interaction and liaison with clients and ensure our deliverables are in accordance with their expectations and the final product to their satisfaction
- Responsible for the checking and signing off the design.
