Job Description
- Oversee youth led learning activities targeting youth living with disabilities in the communities of Amman and nationwide as required
- Contribute to the advancement of the learning curricula design based on feedback provided from the youth
- Monitor report on and improve quality of youth lead learning activities
- Ensure feedback and evaluation results for M amp E purposes
- Highlight success stories that result from the learning activities in coordination with the communications team
- Mentor and coach teams of Youth
- Power youth facilitators while conducting the learning sessions within their communities
