• Lead the implementation, operation, support and maintenance of the ISO 20000 standards, including obtaining certification
• Leads the preparation and the implementation of necessary information policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with the respective Committee to get appropriate approvals and feedback
• Manages and leads the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal policies etc.
• Accountable for deliverable Management and Provide guidance to departments and help manage projects for implementation of Service management systems
• Supports suitable awareness, training and educational activities
• Manages risk assessments and controls selection activities; report metrics and facilitate Governance calls with stakeholders and facilitate Senior management reviews
• Liaison with and offers strategic direction to related governance functions plus senior and middle managers throughout the organization as necessary, on all the matters related to ISO 20000
• Implementation and maintenance and supporting of ISO 20000 program along with experience in tracking ISO remediation efforts
