Work closely with the community working group and the different verticals on implementing the mentorship activities, and collecting feedback from mentors and community members on their mentorship engagements.
Follow up with mentors throughout the implementation of the different programs to share relevant documents and ensure that the communication between the vertical’s team and the mentors is clear.
Understand the GSG community mentorship needs’ and build up a system to be always updated on community members' needs including creating and maintaining an open channel to collect and address their needs.
Work closely with the technical community building team in Gaza and WB to identify the mentorship needs of the technical community and facilitate meaningful matches with mentors.
Work with the mentorship coordinator and social media team to prepare and implement a promotion plan for mentorship, to recruit mentors and enhance the culture of mentorship among community members.
