Job Description
- Work closely with the community working group and the different verticals on implementing the mentorship activities, and collecting feedback from mentors and community members on their mentorship engagements.
- Follow up with mentors throughout the implementation of the different programs to share relevant documents and ensure that the communication between the vertical’s team and the mentors is clear.
- Understand the GSG community mentorship needs’ and build up a system to be always updated on community members' needs including creating and maintaining an open channel to collect and address their needs.
- Work closely with the technical community building team in Gaza and WB to identify the mentorship needs of the technical community and facilitate meaningful matches with mentors.
- Work with the mentorship coordinator and social media team to prepare and implement a promotion plan for mentorship, to recruit mentors and enhance the culture of mentorship among community members.
