Job Description
- Developing a logistics strategy for the mission integrated into the overall country strategy and in line with the regional logistics strategy
- Making logistics data available to other departments to facilitate the review of performance toward achieving the logistics strategy, including reporting on key performance indicators to the SMT and region
- Producing high quality and timely logistics contributions to “proposals” and reports for funding bodies
- Delivery of high quality logistics services throughout the mission
- Ensuring compliance with and donor regulations and policies throughout implementation of programming, including anticipating and flagging up logistics-related risks
- Supporting the logistics team and other functional teams to effectively manage logistics related risks and ensure timely support to the mission on logistics matters
