Job Description
- Manage GSM postpaid subscribers’ base.
- Manage GSM packages, plans, promotions’ pricing.
- Manage GSM postpaid customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the design of the GSM Postpaid services roadmap and ensure it’s consistency with other teams’ roadmaps.
- Provide reports and detailed analysis for the handled segments and come up with a recommendation plan based on the analysis.
- Ensure a smooth and simple customer journey for the handled segments, analyze the gaps, and come up with action plans.
- Manage GSM postpaid subscribers’ base.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
