- At least five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation with a good understanding of international best practices in development effectiveness
- Strategic thinking and high-level analytical skills
- Skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
- Experience in creating databases for the entering, processing, cleaning and extraction of data
- Strong drive and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
