Job Description
• Develop, drive and implement the Amman's office startup accelerator program.
• Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms and ensure timely delivery of the accelerator cycles.
• Periodically report the accelerator program's progress to Jordan-office's General Manager and the Central team.
• Follow and perform the company's Acceleration Process and make sure it is well communicated to different team members.
• Submit each of accelerator program and cycle budgets for General Manager's review and approval.
• Identify the business objectives and goals in coordination with the General Manager, and the Central Team, and ensure that they are well executed.
