Growing and developing a client portfolio
Ensuring understanding of each customer s business, industry and associated markets, for both opportunity identification and effective risk management
Maintaining a strong and productive network of new business relationships
Harnessing efforts internally (eg. with credit risk management and legal functions, as well as relevant product divisions) to deliver superior client solutions across the breadth of the bank s product suite and global coverage
Leveraging Global Capital Financing (eg DCM, LAF, PEF) to deliver value add client solutions
Successfully complete Financial Crime Risk Management trainings and post-course assessment, as required
Proactively grow international/cross border revenue to achieve the required growth mandate
Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience in Corporate Banking, managing both public and private large corporate clients, with a demonstrated track record of new business acquisition
Experience dealing with internationally focused corporates
In-depth analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation and a disciplined approach to maintaining credit quality
A proven track record in delivering client solution using our GTRF, GLCM, GB&M, and GPB product suite
Existing skills in structuring working capital solutions across trade and receivables finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, and a thorough understanding of broader treasury and capital market solutions
The ability to build strong and lasting relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a global basis
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and autonomously within a broader team environment
Established and well developed local market knowledge and contact base is preferred
