Job Description
- Support loyal customers of ZenHR across all platforms (ZenHR, Akhtaboot, Testelllo, Cavall, and Career Connect).
- Partner with our customers to effectively answer inquiries through various channels (Phone calls, Emails, Live Chat, Social Media, Zoom calls, and in-person).
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries within the agreed SLA’s.
- Train customers on how to use ZenHR products effectively.
- Developing an understanding of a customer’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
