About the Job
We are looking forward for an Accountact to manage and record all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and posting all customers transactions, (Cash – Credit - others).
- Check and verify the documents (Invoices, Credit notes…).
- Responsible for collecting cash sales from sales reps.
- Record all cash transaction in the system (Payments, Credit notes, Expenses, petty cash).
- Assist with preparing monthly budgets and financial forecasts.
- Record accounts receivables and track payment progress.
- Record the bid bonds and its validity date for all tenders.
- Organize internal audits
