Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fashion consultation by understanding customers preferences body types and style aspirations.
- Assist customers in making confident purchasing decisions and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are engaging and ontrend.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends market insights and competitor activities.
- Provide guidance on fashion styling and offer product recommendations.
- Build and maintain longterm customer relationships through excellent service.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in product management inventory management and event coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate Degree in Fashion.
- Experience: 25 years in the retail industry preferably in apparel hospitality jewelry or cosmetics.
- Languages: Proficiency in English Kannada and Hindi.
