Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Hybrid New York NY 12 days in office per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide hybrid support part executive administration part business operations to a diverse business group based in New York. This role will directly support two senior leaders and provide broader team support across their extended organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support (Two Managers):
CTO (Manager 1:
- Manage customerfacing meeting logistics and scheduling
- Act as liaison between the CTO and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely followups and meeting preparedness
Executive Leader Consulting Division (Manager 2:
- Manage complex calendars travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support team operations for the executives 20member organization
- Coordinate regular reporting team communications and planning sessions
2. Business Operations Support 7 Direct Reports):
- Act as primary business operations liaison across the extended team
- Coordinate with respective admins and team leads to manage:
- Onboarding support (Distribution Lists hardware logistics swag management)
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
- HR requests and system coordination
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives with varying priorities
- Excellent organizational calendar and travel management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask across both strategic and administrative responsibilities
- Comfort with handling sensitive and confidential information
- Collaborative spirit with a no task is too small mindset
- Familiarity with internal tools/systems for onboarding PO creation and team coordination is a plus
Work Environment:
- This role is hybrid based in New York City
- Inoffice presence required 1 2 days/week depending on team needs
Requirements for the Role Minimum 10 years of business acumen (advanced Excel, business modeling, etc.. Minimum 10 years of experience working with data (extracting, analyzing, and interpreting). Minimum 10 years of experience in data storytelling, including presenting insights to stakeholders. Hands-on demand planning and forecasting experience. Proficiency in Power BI (preferred). Experience with Microsoft (nice to have). Ability to handle large-scale reporting with high visibility to stakeholders and leadership. Key Responsibilities Business Planning & Analysis: Conduct business planning for XBOX including financial forecasting, budget planning, and strategy development. Develop business models using Excel and other analytical tools. Data Handling & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets. Identify trends and insights to drive business decisions. Storytelling & Reporting: Convert raw data into meaningful insights and narratives. Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Forecasting & Demand Planning: Spend two weeks analyzing past data to understand trends. Spend two weeks forecasting future trends and planning accordingly. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data insights. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to key decision-makers.
