As a Talent Sourcing Manager you will set the path to success by overseeing activities that would promote Sutherland as the employer of choice. You are also expected to:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement creative and costeffective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various schools government and private organizations.
- Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with Sutherland and Government policies
- Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives
- Manage recruitment budget
- Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates
- Responsible for selecting training developing and managing performance of direct reports
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
- 35 years solid experience in digital recruitment marketing or online talent sourcing preferably in the same industry
- Excellent presentation data analysis and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient planning time management and decisionmaking skills
- Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
- Capable to generate new ideas and manage them into reality
- Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically with the ability to anticipate trends and assess
- Strong work ethic integrity flexibility diversity customer service orientation leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
