Senior Superintendent Construction Operations Leader

Your Impact
- Lead all field operations for major construction projects ensuring excellence in safety quality and schedule performance
- Drive preconstruction planning and project strategies
- Mentor and develop field personnel including superintendents and assistant superintendents
- Partner with project managers to optimize project delivery and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients design teams and subcontractors
- Champion our safetyfirst culture while maintaining the highest standards of quality
Essential Responsibilities
- Spearhead project planning including site logistics construction sequencing and scheduling
- Lead subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
- Manage quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Participate in project financial planning and budget management
- Drive successful project closeout and client transition
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate asbuilt documentation and project records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or related field preferred with 12 years of construction field experience
- OSHA 30Hour certification
- Current First Aid CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens certifications
- Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level 1A Certification
- Valid drivers license with clean threeyear driving record
- Proficiency with construction technology including Autodesk Build Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
