Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (User Management, Configuration and Deployment).
Develop new reports using SQL Reporting and Crystal Reports
Manage system requests, assess viability and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and IT resources to determine solutions
Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams.
Take ownership of users issues reported
Manage, maintain, and test configurations and workflows.
Manage and maintain integrations to operational systems.
Monitor Dynamics operations and conduct performance analysis to assess options for optimizing and configuring the system.
Provide field support by answering questions or handling user support requests/escalations.
ob Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree
7 + years of experience as an Application Support in a related field.
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
