Application Support Supervisor

About the Job

• Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (User Management, Configuration and Deployment).
• Develop new reports using SQL Reporting and Crystal Reports
• Manage system requests, assess viability and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and IT resources to determine solutions
• Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams.
• Take ownership of users issues reported
• Manage, maintain, and test configurations and workflows.
• Manage and maintain integrations to operational systems.
• Monitor Dynamics operations and conduct performance analysis to assess options for optimizing and configuring the system.
• Provide field support by answering questions or handling user support requests/escalations.

ob Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 7 + years of experience as an Application Support in a related field.
• Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL Databases.
