Respond to the Facilities department help desk tickets.

Follow up on all the maintenance team activities and ensure its fulfilment according to the scheduled durations.

Conducting regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and troubleshoot issues before they become significant problems.

Performing preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of the HVAC systems and improve their efficiency.

Address any wear and tear promptly to prevent major breakdowns and ensure safety.
-
Report any major issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel and recommend solutions for improvement.
