Our client a topnotch logistic company in Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Build and expand B2B customer channels utilizing the companys service solutions.
Negotiate contracts with large enterprises (supermarket chains factories FMCG etc..
Consult transportation models that are optimal for customers from different industry sectors.
Conduct recommendation of supplementary services: joint inspection cargo insurance warehousing fulfillment.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure transparent leadtime and tracking.
Build recruit and train a B2B sales team.
Establish KPIs monitor performance and optimize the sale process.
Support the sales team in major transactions.
Monitor business performance and analyze data to maximize revenue.
Propose pricing policies and promotional programs for B2B customers.
Provide periodic reports on sales conversion rates and market share.
Bachelor s degree in relevant fields.
5 years experience in B2B Sales preferably from Forwarder Logistics SaaS; proven record of finalizing contracts with large customers.
Possess strong network in FMCG Pharmaceuticals Electronics and Warehousing sectors.
Strong negotiation skills and market development abilities.
Proficient in lead generation and B2B customer pipeline development.
Able to work well in highpaced environments and under pressure of sales targets.
