Job Description
MUST HAVE: Handson Curam Development Experience
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications. This includes analysis design and developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling datadriven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests.
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and ongoing production support.
Knowledge transfer to fellow developers
General Skills:
Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience in design code test debug and document applications
Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
Experience in one or more programming languages
Experience in application design latest design patters deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
Experience with one or more communications protocols

Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

Proficient with both front end and back end development including any associated areas such as database design/management and DevOps
Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of the overall web architecture

Knowledge and experience ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Knowledge and experience with the design and construction of REST API services
Knowledge and experience integrating frontend UI with the constructed API
Knowledge and experience in design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Knowledge and experience with programming Internetready applications

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices
Experience with middleware and gateways

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

- 5 yr Demonstrated experience in J2EE JAVAbased software development.
- 5 yr Demonstrated experience using Apache Ant Maven Tomcat JavaScript XML Json WebLogic or WebSphere application server Oracle DB SQL jUnit
- 3 yr Demonstrated development experience in Mirative Cram Social Program Management platform. Cram V7 Certified Developer Preferred
- Must have experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Service Messaging SFTP and other system integration technologies
- Must have handson experience with Linux/Unix Git Git Pull Request branching
- Knowledge of Spring framework Spring Boot SwaggerUI Postman PL/SQL Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes Azure Cloud are strong asset
