Job Description

Job Functions
Project Management Leadership:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including work breakdown structures timelines and resource allocation.
Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions and adoption.
NetSuite Implementation:
Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP for newly acquired subsidiaries ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly.
ERP Optimization:
Configure and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript and other tools to meet business needs.
Integrate NetSuite with other systems such as CRM platforms and project tracking tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and apply learnings to future projects.
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize ERP processes and workflows.
User Training and Support:
Provide ongoing support troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.
Train endusers to maximize NetSuite adoption and effectiveness.
