Job Description: Facility Manager
Location: Warren MI
Salary: $80000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance repairs and improvement projects.
- Manage budget for facility operations and ensure expenditures align with financial goals.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Respond to facilityrelated emergencies and develop contingency plans for unforeseen incidents.
- Lead a team of maintenance and support staff to ensure optimal facility performance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in facility management or a similar role preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and financials related to facility operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Handson experience with facility maintenance and repair processes.
