Acting as the T&C partner for Commercial Units in AMEA representing all T&C practices (Organization development talent acquisition talent development learning and development change management diversity and inclusion organizational design) in an effective way.
Support specific leadership groups team effectiveness initiatives and talent development programs.
Provide foresight and proactive proposals in shaping the yearly calendars on Talent management /employee listening as well as into the people strategies for the functions in the region.
Adapt and deliver T&C interventions for specific groups within the organization working where appropriate with external vendors.
Provide expert input to HR business leaders and line managers on people development strategies and tactics and to take the lead on one key practice area for the region.
Work closely with HRBPs and internal clients to close performance gaps and create new capabilities through effectively leveraging T&C disciplines.
Responsible for the design and implementation of initiatives in support of globally aligned people processes and platform.
Work closely with the regional T&C team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of T&C policies platforms practices and standards.
Evaluate results after implementation using specific functional and business KPIs.
Ensure an excellent level of service and conformity with global standards when managing third parties.
Contribute to regional and global projects ie. in collaboration with the Seeds Commercial Capability Development lead.
Qualifications :
1012 years of experience in Learning and Development People Development Culture Transformation Talent Management.
Strong business acumen strategic mindset and collaboration skills.
