Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and resultsoriented Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team in the construction restoration industry in the Markham / Scarborough area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients generating leads and driving sales of restoration services within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will excel in a fieldbased position connecting with property managers business owners insurance professionals and homeowners to promote the company’s services.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored restoration solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals quotes and contracts.
- Stay up to date with construction restoration services (e.g. water fire mold remediation) to effectively educate clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build professional relationships.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth service delivery after the sale.
- 2 years of outside sales experience ideally in the construction restoration or insurance sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is required).
- Knowledge of the local construction and restoration market is a plus.
- Selfdriven and able to work independently in a fieldbased role.
- Base salary plus commission based on experience.
