Job Description
We re looking for
A Factory Manager to oversee the efficient of production plans by managing both human and machine resources.

What s the role
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and execute the production plan ensuring targets are met efficiently.
- Identify and report any production issues to management for resolution.
- Train staff to improve performance efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce staff discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to maximize output.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to uphold product and process standards.
Requirements

- Related tertiary qualification
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory management role.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and QMS implementation.
- Knowledge of production planning workflow optimization and resource management.
