SharpContra is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills creativity and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights
- Create compelling marketing materials including brochures email campaigns and promotional content
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize marketing efforts
- Assist in planning and executing events trade shows and promotional activities
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with company guidelines and industry regulations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with market research campaign analysis and performance tracking
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
