As a Front of House Team Member at ChickfilA you will be the face of our brand ensuring every guest has a warm welcoming and efficient experience. Whether taking orders preparing drinks or keeping the dining area spotless youll play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Register/Order Taker: Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter ensuring a friendly and engaging interaction.
- Bagger: Assemble and verify orders ensuring each guest receives the correct items with attention to detail.
- Mobile Drinks: Prepare and organize beverages for mobile and drivethru orders maintaining speed and quality.
- Mobile Runner: Retrieve and distribute mobile orders promptly ensuring accuracy and a smooth handoff to guests.
- Dining Room Attendant: Keep the dining area clean assist guests with any needs and create a welcoming atmosphere.
As a Back of House Team Member at ChickfilA you will be responsible for preparing and assembling highquality food with speed and precision. Working behind the scenes youll ensure that every order meets ChickfilAs high standards for quality freshness and accuracy. Whether breading chicken managing drop sizes or assembling meals youll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Machines: Drop and pick up chicken from the fryers while managing drop sizes to ensure the freshest highestquality food.
- Breader: Properly bread chicken according to ChickfilAs recipes and standards ensuring consistency in every bite.
- Primary Boards: Assemble and prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy maintaining presentation quality.
- Secondary Boards: Assemble nuggets strips mac & cheese and other sides ensuring portioning and quality control.
- Fries: Cook and season waffle fries to perfection while managing fry station cleanliness and efficiency.

- Cajero/Tomador de rdenes: Tomar rdenes de los clientes con precisin y rapidez en el mostrador brindando una atencin amable y eficiente.
- Empacador: Ensamblar y verificar pedidos asegurando que cada cliente reciba los artculos correctos con atencin al detalle.
- Bebidas Mviles: Preparar y organizar bebidas para pedidos mviles garantizando rapidez y calidad.
- Corredor Mvil: Entregar pedidos mviles a los clientes o conductores de reparto con rapidez y precisin.
- Asistente de Comedor: Mantener el rea del comedor limpia ayudar a los clientes y garantizar un ambiente acogedor.

Ya sea empanizando el pollo manejando las porciones o ensamblando pedidos desempears un papel clave en el buen funcionamiento de nuestra cocina.
Responsabilidades:
- Mquinas: Frer y recoger el pollo asegurando la cantidad correcta de cada lote para mantener la frescura y calidad.
- Empanizador: Empanizar el pollo siguiendo las recetas y estndares de ChickfilA para garantizar consistencia en cada pieza.
- Tableros Primarios: Preparar y ensamblar sndwiches con rapidez y precisin manteniendo la calidad en la presentacin.
- Tableros Secundarios: Ensamblar nuggets tiras mac & cheese y otros acompaamientos garantizando el control de porciones y calidad.
- Papas Fritas: Cocinar y sazonar las papas waffle a la perfeccin asegurando eficiencia y limpieza en la estacin.
