Job Description

Position Overview:
NCSG Crane & Rigging / Barnhart Crane are searching for an enthusiastic organized team player in the capacity of a Branch Administrator located at our branch in White City SK.This position will be a key role in our Branch team andwill provide support in all areas including but not limited to: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable assisting with work orders time entry recurring reporting and other administrative duties as well as operations. This position will interact directly with both internal and external customers on a daytodaybasis to ensure that administrative functions are being completed in an accurate and timely fashion. The successful candidate will possess the ability to provide world class customer service while operating in a fastpaced highvolumeenvironment.

Your success will be determined by your ability to:
  • Completes billing processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure that all AR is complete for the month end process.
  • Collect and organize timesheets to submit for managers approval.
  • Support branch management in dispatch functions as needed.
  • Ensure all AP invoices received are approved and submitted to AP daily.
  • Secures applicable site permit applications for cranes and personnel.
  • Enter hours and kilometers from daily vehicle logs into FCC and files information accordingly.
  • Enter into FCC the services performed on each fleet unit from the maintenance repair sheets.
  • Enters in all CVIs and Inspections.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time.
  • High attention to detail and demonstrates good judgment.
  • Effective time management skills with the flexibility to work the hours required to get the job done during peak times.
  • Complete onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma; additional related training an asset.
  • 13 years experience in a fastpaced environment carrying out a similar role.
  • Accommodating personable and comfortable with dealing with a variety of different peers.
  • Must be highly organized and able to handle a full workload while having strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic fast based environment is required.
  • Proficient in various computer applications (Microsoft word and excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communications abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Successful completion of preemployment alcohol and drug screening prior to starting.
