Overview
Nelson Mullins is in search of a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation group in the Columbia South Carolina office. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity for an associate to join an expanding and fastpaced practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.
A Day in the Life
Nelson Mullins Columbia SC office was established in 1897 by Patrick Henry Nelson. Today in Columbia we have approximately 115attorneys and 230 support staff providing client services across a range of practice areas including corporate litigation intellectual property government relations and ediscovery.
Nelson Mullins office in Columbia also hosts the Firms business and administrative functions including our financial human resources marketing operations and technology teams enabling us to maintain infrastructure costefficiencies while also providing access to talent here in South Carolinas capital city. We Know You
You have at leastone year of meaningful experience in commercial litigationin a midsize or large law firm setting. Youre prepared to draft and argue discovery motions take and defend depositions and bring a positive entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management ready to take the lead andare or willing to be admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
