ABOUT THE ROLE
This role has a very flexible hybrid work schedule. Commercial Litigation Lawyer reports to a Senior Partner and works as a part of a larger litigation team in all aspects of Commercial Litigation practice.
ABOUT YOU
You are a midlevel commercial litigation associate who previously worked in large firm and has at least 26 years of wellrounded commercial litigation experience in a broad variety of areas including commercial litigation insolvency commercial insurance claims mortgage enforcement or construction claims. If you do have strong property dispute and insolvency/receivership experience that would be an asset.

Requirements
- A JD/LLB and be a Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing (or a reciprocating provincial jurisdiction).
- Minimum two years of commercial litigation insolvency commercial insurance claims mortgage enforcement or construction claims experience
- Exceptional practice management skills excellent interpersonal skills and a client service orientation.
- Sound judgment strong oral and written communication skills and excellent organization prioritization and multitasking skills.
