About the Role

Account Executives are Aztecs primary new business development professionals and client relationship managers. As an Account Executive your responsibility is to foster longlasting client relationships and build out your territory by introducing Aztec to new client prospects and winning their business. You will generate value for clients by identifying improvement opportunities in their current technological infrastructure and proposing Aztec solutions that help them run their businesses better. While you will be the point person for clients within your territory you will have considerable sellin support from Aztec sales management Aztec solutions specialists and our third party technology partners. If you are willing to embrace a sales process that works have a hunter mentality to initiate new business are selfdisciplined can multitask are committed to personal and team success have a passion for technology and have strong comprehension abilities we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years outside sales experience preferably selling technology products and solutions. We also offer early career programs for those breaking into sales for the first time.
  • Bachelors degree from a top tier college or university required or equivalent experience thriving in a sales environment
  • Ability to work in the field in your assigned territory every day
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to drive to local client sites daily. Depending on the territory assignment most destinations will be under an hours drive.
  • The yearning to be a part of something big through driving new business.
  • Having a Daily Prospecting mindset
  • Outgoing personality with dedication passion and a drive to succeed
  • Innovative selfconfident and self motivated
  • Eager to learn about technology and what it offers
