Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and forwardthinking school We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our dynamic team on a fulltime basis.
As SENCO you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all children regardless of their ability or additional needs have access to highquality education and the support they need to thrive. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body you will lead the schools approach to inclusive education advising and supporting staff to implement effective strategies that enable every child to reach their full potential.

We welcome applications from experienced qualified SENCOs who are eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will:
Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or be working towards it.
Have a strong track record in SEND leadership and provision within a school setting.
Be passionate about inclusive education and championing the needs of all learners.
Be an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with staff parents and external professionals.
Demonstrate resilience innovation and strategic thinking in addressing SEND challenges.
Support the schools values and ethos promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
