This position gives you the opportunity to provide fullprocess support to claimants with technology to establish valid claims for unemployment compensation benefits. In this important role you will provide service to all unemployment compensation customers As a Unemployment Compensation Claims Intake Interviewer you will be responsible for conducting interviews with claimants to gather information and pertinent data to establish valid claims for benefits in accordance with Pennsylvania UC laws. Work involves entering and retrieving data modifying records processing claims as well as identifying issues that may affect the eligibility of claimants for benefits. You will have the opportunity to contact claimants employers other service centers or agent offices to obtain clarification of claims data to expedite processing of claims.
