Job Description
We are traide AI a fastgrowing VCbacked B2B SaaS startup leveraging AI to revolutionize customs compliance. Our software automates trade classification reduces errors and simplifies regulatory processes saving businesses time and money. Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers Wrth and Jack Wolfskin weve achieved 1000 growth over the past 12 months and were just getting started.
To scale our impact even further were looking for a Product Designer who will play a key role in driving our clients success.
As a Product Designer you will play a central role in evolving our digital products in the customs compliance and AIbased customs classification space. You will work closely with our Product Manager primarily focusing on independently executing design tasks creating and maintaining a robust design system refining user workflows within our SaaS application and collaborating closely with developers to ensure correct implementation of UX and UI designs.
Tasks
- Independently develop maintain and scale a comprehensive design system in Figma with reusable components patterns and best practices.
- Execute highquality UI and workflow redesigns based on established user research ensuring intuitive user experiences and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Management developers and stakeholders to align design decisions with product goals.
- Work closely with developers providing clear design specifications and conducting quality assurance to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs.
- Independently execute and evolve our corporate design aligning visual design across products and brand communications.
- Create visual materials for marketing sales and presentations as needed ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience 35 years) in product design particularly in digital SaaS products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma with significant experience independently building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing independently executed projects including digital products UI design workflow redesign and ideally corporate design or branding work.
- Strong understanding of UX principles usability standards and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating effectively within crossfunctional agile teams including product management and development.
- Ability to independently translate complex requirements and technical constraints into elegant and userfriendly design solutions.
- Proven experience creating detailed design specifications and performing quality assurance of implemented designs.
- At least B2level proficiency in German as our main market and interface language is German.
