Job Description
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and assistant in financial reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries
- International entities month end closing tasks including JE reconciliation DIVA reporting etc.
- International entities routine tasks including vendor payment requests providing accounting information to local service provider etc.
- Assistant in international entities financial audit and tax audit
- Assistant in annual tax return filing and statutory filing
- Malaysia entity (small business) accounting and assistance in auditing
- Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications :
- 3 years of accounting experience including handling a variety of GL functions monthend close
- Selfdirected and selfmotivated. Team player with the ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges
- Proficient in excel
- Strong and collaborative communicator capable of effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Experience in ERP/SAP preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
- BA/BS degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred
