Job Description
Supply Chain Manager
Job Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Visa and valid passport
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Management of raw material supply.
- Negotiation with foreign suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the relationship with suppliers to ensure the best quality cost and delivery.
- Responsible with suppliers (Brazil Vietnam Italy).
- Maintain partnerships with suppliers information exchange customer support and technological advances with suppliers.
- Support management of inventory locations from receiving to delivery from supplier.
- Manages and directs the activities of the Supply Chain Analyst at a specific site(s).
- Leads multiple projects to improve supply chain costs productivity and quality of externally procured components.
- Manage inventory levels to achieve targeted turnover rates.
- Oversee the management of overdue purchase orders.
- This person must keep abreast of market conditions and changes in the supplier organization that may affect our relationships with their team.
- Knowledge of the raw materials for which he/she is responsible and good working knowledge of the company's products.
- Oversee the team responsible for maintaining the attributes of the inventory and planning function in MRP such as order multiples and lead times.
- Oversee the entry of purchased parts to meet manufacturing schedule requirements.
