We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager. As a Supply Chain Manager at Tricoci you will have an immediate and large impact on our revenue. Your innovative datadriven experience will set you up for success as you collaborate with senior leadership to streamline and reinvent our supply chain.
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
- Inventory management and replenishment:
- Manage inventory management processes including forecasting ordering receiving replenishment and cycle counting. Regularly review processes to find areas for improvement and recommend operational changes to enhance efficiency.
- Overseeing inventory across salon and warehouse locations ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to leverage existing technology solutions for inventory management.
- Proactively plan and lead the implementation of supply chain process improvements aligned with business goals.
- Provide input on category trends industry developments and new technologies to support the team in achieving performance targets.
- Ensure the accuracy of the companys physical inventory costs and database management andpartner with 3PL warehouse to ensure inventory accountability.
- Demand planning and forecasting
- Develop and maintain 12month rolling demand forecasts at both aggregate and item levels incorporating financial and unit projections.
- Collaborate with senior leadership product development marketing and operations to plan and execute new product launches promotional inventory allocations and product transitions.
- Analyze sales trends and seasonal patterns to proactively adjust demand forecasts.
- Vendor management and Performance Metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to negotiate supply agreements and pricing to align with budget and operational objectives.
- Oversee vendor compliance with delivery quality and contractual terms.
- Partner with Product Development and Contract Manufacturers to support new product initiatives and ensure accuracy in Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Optimize inventory holding costs freight expenses and COGS while supporting target service levels.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as inventory turn vendor compliance and instock levels
- Team leadership and Operational Support
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives to streamline supply chain processes ensuring operational efficiency.
- Train and support team members fostering a collaborative supportive highperformance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in supply chain management emphasizing operational excellence and clientfocused prioritization.
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for:
- 5 years of inventory management or supply chain experience preferably in CPG wholesale or retail industry.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions that balance cost quality and service levels. Ability to analyze KPIs to make datadriven decisions and report on performance.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams foster collaboration and drive performance across and within a team environment.
- Experience navigating both domestic and international supply chain operations preferred.
- Adept at developing and managing budgets and forecasting the financial impacts of decisions.
