Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 7years.
- Strong experience in ERP financials with Oracle Finance Oracle Fixed Assets Oracle General Ledger Oracle Payables Oracle Receivables
- Strong Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS R12 financial projects ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Deep understanding in Oracle Fusion Financials to drive at least three endtoend Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
- Proficiency in Implementing and optimize with Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) OrdertoCash (OTC) ProcuretoPay (PTP) Fixed Asset Management (FA) Budgeting Cash Management and Tax
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion configurations customizations and development. Techno functional knowledge of Oracle finance modules
- Familiarity with FRIS report development and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with Oracle ERP solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategies solutions and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements develop strategies and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide functional leadership in Oracle ERP implementations ensuring that all modules are integrated and working seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and highlevel design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
