Job Description
- Assist in managing the companys technology infrastructure including servers networks and cloudbased systems
- Assist with planning designing and implementing infrastructure projects to improve performance reliability and security.
- Provide technical support to infrastructure team members and endusers
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify and resolve issues on time.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Monitor and maintain M365 security settings and compliance features.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the M365 ecosystem and recommend enhancements or new features that align with organizational goals.
- Support all business software related issues e.g.: ERP CRM etc
- Educate endusers on M365 features functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing and administering Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or 3 years experience in related fields.
- Strong technical skills in managing servers networks and cloudbased systems.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including but not limited to SharePoint Teams Exchange Online OneDrive and Office applications.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fastpaced changing environment.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic rapidly changing environment.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- A team player with a cando attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Acts with urgency seeks new ideas and is always able to suggest alternatives when faced with obstacles.
- Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
