We re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing agency. In this position you ll be the linchpin that connects our diverse marketing initiatives ensuring seamless of campaigns across multiple B2B SaaS clients. You ll work closely with our team lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies manage project timelines and coordinate efforts across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the world of B2B SaaS marketing honing your skills in project management while contributing to the success of cuttingedge tech startups.
Lead and manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns for B2B SaaS clients focusing on handson and delivering measurable results. Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies ensuring detailed plans support overall strategic goals. Coordinate and oversee the work of social media specialists content writers and other team members providing guidance on best practices and effective tool utilization. Develop and maintain project timelines ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule using project management tools for efficient tracking and reporting. Optimize resource allocation across projects and clients ensuring efficient budget and tool usage. Serve as the primary client contact ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals providing datadriven insights and actionable recommendations. Monitor project progress and compile regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders using analytics platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks in project leveraging problemsolving skills and knowledge of marketing technologies. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies offering insights based on project performance and industry trends with a focus on practical implementation and technologydriven solutions. Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to improve team efficiency including but not limited to Asana Monday or similar platforms. Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring they re integrated into ongoing projects providing training on relevant marketing technologies and processes. Collaborate with the business development team to support pitches and proposals for new clients demonstrating practical marketing expertise and proficiency with relevant tools.
