Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conceptual design space planning material selection and project management. They will be responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion ensuring highquality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Lead the design process from concept development to ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
- Develop and present design concepts mood boards and space planning solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings layouts and specifications using design software (AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape etc..
- Select materials furniture lighting and finishes ensuring alignment with project aesthetics and budget.
- Collaborate with clients architects contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project .
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee onsite installation and construction progress addressing any designrelated issues that arise.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends innovations and best practices in interior design.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design with a proven track record in commercial residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of space planning materials finishes and building codes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics with a passion for innovative design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
