Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our innovative design team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will lead and execute highend interior design projects across various sectors bringing creativity and technical expertise to create stunning functional spaces.
- Develop and manage interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects engineers and contractors to integrate interior and architectural design elements effectively
- Create detailed design presentations including space plans furniture layouts material selections and 3D visualizations
- Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Conduct onsite visits to oversee project implementation and ensure design integrity
- Stay current with local and international design trends incorporating them into projects while respecting cultural considerations
- Manage client relationships understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional design solutions
- Prepare and review technical documentation including construction drawings and specifications
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the design practice
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in interior design with a focus on largescale projects specialy Airport projects
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM delivery processes
- Strong technical and design expertise demonstrated through a diverse portfolio of completed projects
- Experience in managing projects from concept to completion across various sectors (e.g. residential commercial hospitality)
- Excellent skills in other design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Indepth knowledge of materials finishes furniture and current design trends
- Familiarity with local building codes regulations and cultural design considerations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative problemsolving skills and a customerfocused approach to design
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
