Job Description

Job Summary:

The Pricing/FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the pricing strategy and financial planning processes for our fleet management services. This role will support pricing decisions financial forecasting and profitability analysis to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing models that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for fleet management services considering factors such as vehicle types maintenance fuel insurance and operational costs.
  • Conduct detailed costbenefit analysis to optimize pricing for vehicle leasing insurance and maintenance services.
  • Work closely with sales operations and procurement teams to align pricing strategies with market conditions and customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends competitor pricing and customer demand to adjust pricing models as necessary.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts budgets and financial models for fleet management operations.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including profitability analysis margin management and cost control.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance highlighting key trends risks and opportunities and present them to senior management.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.

Cost Management & Profitability:

  • Evaluate fleetrelated costs such as vehicle procurement depreciation maintenance and fuel to ensure accurate pricing and profitability targets.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities improve operational efficiency and drive profitability across fleet operations.
  • Provide financial support and advice to crossfunctional teams particularly sales and operations to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that pricing is competitive and in line with market demand.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to assess fleet usage maintenance cycles and lifecycle costs to refine pricing strategies.
  • Engage with senior leadership to align financial targets with broader organizational goals and growth initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing financial planning and analysis preferably in fleet management automotive logistics or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling pricing strategies and cost management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple teams.
  • Experience with scenario analysis profitability analysis and risk management in pricing.
  • A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fleet management operational car leasing insurance aviation or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with actuarial or risk assessment principles is a plus.
