Finance Administrator
Location: Vancouver Island B.C.
Salary: $50000 $55000 (based on experience)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join the finance team. This role is essential in providing office administration accounting and finance support services while working closely with business partners.
Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable invoices daily
Manage incoming mail and office courier requirements
Maintain office supplies emergency kits and services
Prepare Accounts Receivable invoices as required
Conduct new hire orientations and track office health and safety training records
Assist with invoice reconciliation
Provide vacation or backup relief for Finance and Payroll functions
Support Operations Management with expense management travel arrangements filing and document processing
Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
