Job Description

  • Job Description: The Business Analyst will be the catalyst for accurate pipeline reporting and capture who is focused on driving a culture of capturing and interpreting data to inform decisionmaking. This role requires a proactive individual who will motivate individuals to proactively record and maintain data as well as an ability to provide informative reporting and trend analysis to support decision making. They will be experienced in  Excel PowerBi Sharepoint based platforms and experience using Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.

    A key success factor of this role is the ability to motivate other stakeholders to contribute information to existing systems and provide accurate and timely reporting on a regular basis. This role is not a database management role it requires an ability to problem solve influence and create solutions which improve business processes.

    Key responsibilities include:

     

    Data and insight capture

  • Provide data entry support where required to maintain accuracy and to support priority reporting requirements
  • Drive the culture of updating systems and data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide monthly training on how to record data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and critically the implications of how data is entered on business decision making
  • Develop solutions and approaches to support data capture and accuracy
  •  

    Insight and reporting

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide clear reporting charts and trend information.
  • Preparation of regular nonfinancial reports for internal audiences.
  • Collate data in Dynamics 365 PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single accurate view to aid business development activities
  • Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Business Development or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
