Job Description
The Team
You will join SEEKs global Commercial Growth Adjacent Revenue team a team of passionate fun and smart individuals across Malaysia Hong Kong Singapore and Australia who are charged by SEEK to lead the design development and scale of new business opportunities across our 8 markets in SEEK Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
This exciting role sits within the Growth Team at SEEK Asia supporting the design and development of new AI and techpowered recruitment products.
- Responsible for conducting structured data analytics to identify growth opportunities for the business through useful insights of user behaviour commercial funnels product analytics and market research
- Responsible for building maintaining and improving dashboards and reports for performance health monitoring and tracking effectiveness of initiatives for the team
- Provide pre and postlaunch reviews of initiatives/ experiments
- Communicate succinct analysis methodology insights and recommendations to enable partners to make informed decisions
- Independently drive analytical strategy (e.g. identify & define data requirements and create data resources to help understand and address operational and strategic problems)
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience working in analysis strategy or researchrelated roles
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel SQL ETL knowledge and AWS Athena
- Proficient in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Involved in developing and managing strategy or research projects and defining these in terms of specific objective and business desired outcomes
- Track record of working with others to get things done
