OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the state warehouse with POS & stock incoming and outgoing
- Provide seamless administrative support including sales claims to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and ad hoc support to others as required
- Manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries
- Manage the administration budget in relation to office services and submit invoices for payment via online system
- OHS rep for state team ensuring any in field issues are raised or communicated to the field
- Coordination and management of state calendar inclusive of planning meetings SLT meetings etc
SALES SUPPORT
- Assist broader State Leadership Team RSM ROPM FMM with induction of new starters to the business
- Collate BI Data and produce reports to help field efficiencies for managers
- Support where required on arranging total field sales team logistics of travel & accommodation requirements for regional or interstate travel
- Participate in time in trade in the field to support the state when required (major CAPS executional executions compliance executions and merchandising of stores). Ad hoc patch coverage if required to support the field team
- Gather & support the field marketing sales support function with planning and data analysis to support the WALT team with One Premise Sales Support shifts within the state
- Support the wings sales team leader with Off Premise Sales Support Shifts and casual management of shifts for Off Premise
REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT
- Work with the RSM and field team to effectively implement their plans set out through the mission planning process and also provide feedback and suggestions on local initiatives
- Execute systems processes and tools to help Corporate Grocery & Red Bull Strikers achieve their set targets
- Analyse customer claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval
- Data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support managers.
- Support the coordination of recruitment/onboarding in WA when required by the leadership team
- Support function for planning meeting preparation coordinate recruitment and organisation of the day to reports/ presentation building etc
- Assist RSM to coordinate meetings including minute taking and follow up documentation
- Assist KAM in mapping field support requirements from MSO activations and reporting State Scorecard requirements
- Support RSM in generating state scorecard in line with data mining and results gathering across the Off Premise and RBU sales support/sampling/ MBG reporting for Field Marketing
PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT
- Take the lead in analysing Monster Battleground dashboards and IRI data converting insights into actionable field strategies for the team
- Provide support including project leadership where required for state events
- Coordinate statebased meetings/conferences to ensure seamless
- Assist in local moment support & as agreed with RSM/ROPM/FMM
- Dedicated total state market day/editions day lead
- Ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
- Due diligence in claim processing in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customers are paid on time
- Ability to successfully manage the overall administration & organisation of the State Office
- Maintain a well delivered portfolio of office services to all staff.
- Ensure all event and conferences run smoothly and within budget
- Ensure special projects are achieved to set standards
- Use of initiative to support all NLT members on SSA inclusive tasks
Qualifications :
- Valid Drivers License
- Proven field sales background with an excellent understanding of FMCG industry
- Proficient in using BI/IRI data and data mining for analysis and insights gathering.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
